Hassle-free use for longer
The DJI Care Refresh+ service is a twelve-month extension of the basic insurance offered by DJI on its products. During its term, you can make one replacement of your damaged equipment for a small fee. Before purchasing DJI Care Refresh+, make sure you have DJI Care Refresh for your device.
Damage coverage
Damage caused by operator error, contact with water, a fall or signal interference during use is covered.
When an accident occurs
1. The user reports the malfunction and sends the product to DJI service with a note that it has DJI Care Refresh+.
2. The user receives a repair quote and, based on this, decides whether to have the repair/replacement done for a fee or by DJI Care Refresh+.
3. Once DJI Care Refresh+ is selected, the user pays a fee.
4. The replaced or repaired product is delivered to the user on a priority basis. Transport costs are paid by DJI.
Attention
1. Before purchasing DJI Care Refresh+, make sure that DJI Care Refresh for your device is still active and there is at least one replacement left.
2.Once you have purchased and assigned DJI Care Refresh+, to your device, a service agreement will be emailed to you. DJI Care Refresh+ will be associated with your device and take effect within 24 hours.
3. The replacement service provided by DJI Care Refresh+ is valid for one year and will not begin until the DJI Care Refresh expires. The product warranty period is immediately extended upon receipt of the DJI Care Refresh+ service contract.
4. DJI Care Refresh+ and the corresponding product must be purchased in the same country or region, as the benefits provided by DJI Care Refresh+ are only valid in the region where it was purchased.
5. When you return your equipment for a DJI Care Refresh+ replacement. The replacement unit will be new or equivalent to the new unit in appearance and performance.
Disclaimer
DJI Care Refresh+ does not cover:
1. Lost or partially lost product.
2. Theft or abandonment of the product.
3. Damage caused by use of the product in inappropriate weather conditions.
4. The transmitter, additional accessories.
5. Deliberate loss of the product.
6. Damage to the housing which does not affect the operation of the product.
7. Direct or indirect damage caused by force majeure.
8. Faults occurring outside the validity period of DJI Care Refresh+.
9. Additional charges for model upgrades, performance improvements.
10. Faults that result from modifications not carried out in accordance with the instructions in the user manual or from the use of incompatible batteries and charger.
11. Faults resulting from the use of unauthorised accessories, batteries or software.
